Woo, another character from our D&D party I've never drawn! It's Saitoh (although that's probably not even his real name), the sniper. He could literally hit anything in his line of sight, no matter how far away it was.

Its really great. I like the lightefects and the shadings!! Your coloringskills are awesome!

Maybe try to make the background a little sharper. It looks way too blurry for the foreground...

But all in all a neat pic you have there! :)
